What you choose to share

The application collects your name, company, email, phone number, service territory, services, operating capacity, business goals, revenue range, intended lead budget and preferred contact time. Optional fields are marked. Advertising source parameters may be saved with your application to identify which campaign brought you here.

Why it is collected

Home Certified Leads uses these details to review business fit and territory availability, respond to your request and discuss potential service arrangements. An application is not a purchase, territory reservation or automatic acceptance.

Storage and access

Submitted applications are stored in the site’s hosted database. The application inbox is restricted to the account owner. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data to operate the site. This funnel does not publish applications or sell applicant details. No automated marketing texts are enabled by this form.

Browser information

This site temporarily stores advertising source parameters in session storage so they can accompany a completed application. Answers remain in the page until you submit and may be lost if you reload. The service uses an hourly hash of a network address for temporary submission-rate limits. This implementation does not load advertising cookies or a Meta Pixel.

Your choices

You can leave optional fields blank or stop before submitting. To request access, correction or deletion of your application, or to stop follow-up about it, contact info@homecertifiedleads.com. Include enough information to identify the application without sending sensitive identity documents.

Retention and updates

Applications remain in the inbox for business review and follow-up until the operator removes them. This notice applies to this application funnel; linked third-party sites operate under their own policies. Any material changes to this funnel’s data handling should be reflected here.

Booking your call

After submitting your application, you can book a phone call using the embedded Google Calendar booking page. Google processes your booking contact details and technical information under its own privacy policy. Your qualifying answers remain with Home Certified Leads and are not automatically sent to Google Calendar.
